Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is spacious and conveniently located on the first floor, offering a mix of comfort and outdated room decor. The service is a mix of helpfulness and defensive attitudes. The location offers a quiet retreat near the historical district but lacks accommodations for luggage. The dining experience is a mix of simplicity and a good selection of continental options. The facility is functional, but some inconsistencies in service stand out.
The hotel was very comfortable, and we even had a jacuzzi which was a delightful surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the city, though the walls were a bit thin. The room was quite spacious, not a shoebox, and exuded a Florentine charm with high ceilings, plaster details, and ample but muted lighting.
The hotel had clean and bright rooms with comfortable beds, but some areas were not very modern except for the recently remodeled bathrooms. The location was just off the reception area, although the room views were dark and cramped facing another building. The service was friendly and went out of their way to assist, but the dining could use more organization and variety in its offerings.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained despite not being showcased in any photos. However, the need for some decorating was noticeable, and the closet posed a slight inconvenience with the tiny drawers. The bathroom stood out for its generous size and cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the upside, the rooms were very clean and spacious, although they didn't quite match the website photos and had a slight burnt plastic smell that required keeping the window open for fresh air. The service was exceptional with helpful staff who even organized breakfast bags when we had early excursions. The location was perfect, centrally located yet in a quiet area, although noise from neighboring rooms was an issue. On the downside, the dining experience was not ideal, with minimal continental options, leading us to dine in nearby cafes. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's location was the standout feature, being centrally located and close to major attractions. The rooms were spacious and nicely cooled, although not entirely as depicted in the photos. The service was responsive and accommodating, especially with a complimentary evening bar. While the dining was varied, there were some issues with noise. Overall, a convenient choice with mixed offerings.
