The hotel was very comfortable, and we even had a jacuzzi which was a delightful surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the city, though the walls were a bit thin. The room was quite spacious, not a shoebox, and exuded a Florentine charm with high ceilings, plaster details, and ample but muted lighting.
The hotel had clean and bright rooms with comfortable beds, but some areas were not very modern except for the recently remodeled bathrooms. The location was just off the reception area, although the room views were dark and cramped facing another building. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
